Frequently asked questions
Does VoLoMart take commission on orders?
No. Vendors pay a subscription after the free trial. VoLoMart does not charge a commission on order value. Customers may see platform or delivery fees at checkout depending on the vendor and location.
How does the free trial work?
New vendors receive 7 days of full access with up to 30 products. No payment is required to start. Register your shop in the app and begin listing products immediately.
When do I need to upgrade?
After your trial ends, or when you reach your product limit, you can select a paid plan from the app. Your existing products remain safe. You only need an active plan to publish new ones.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Choose monthly or yearly billing when you subscribe in the app. Yearly plans offer better value for established stores.
Where do I complete payment?
All subscription payments are completed in the VoLoMart vendor mobile app using secure Razorpay checkout. Plan prices shown here match what you will see in the app.
