How you find a shop

  1. 1Open the VoLoMart app and save your home or office address.
  2. 2Choose a category, such as grocery, vegetables, dairy, flowers, or mithai.
  3. 3Open one shop that serves that address. You see its name, catalogue, prices, and units.
  4. 4Add items from that shop only. Delivery charges, if any, appear before you confirm.
  5. 5Track the order under My Orders as the shop updates the status.

The listing

What you see for a shop

  • The shop name and the products that shop sells.
  • English or Hindi in the same app.
  • Pickup or the shop’s own delivery. Hours and charges are on the shop profile and at checkout.
  • Favourites, so a shop you already use is easy to open again.

If your street has no shop yet

When no shop is listed for your address, share a vendor invite link from the app so a local shop can join. Sign up with the VoLoMart app. Vendor registration is free. The shop sets its own service area, so customers at addresses it serves can find it.

How do I find a shop near me?

Open the VoLoMart app, save your address, and choose a category. Shops that serve that address are listed there. Each order is for one shop.

What if no shop is listed for my address?

Share a vendor invite link from the app so a nearby shop can join. Shop owners sign up with the VoLoMart app.

Can one order include two shops?

No. Each order is for one shop. A second shop is a second order.

Who handles pickup or delivery?

The shop sets pickup or its own delivery. Hours, charges, and coverage vary by shop and are shown on the vendor profile and at checkout.
