List a spice shop online blend under the name you use
A spice shop online sells the blend your counter already names, with a weight. A national brand is not required. If you grind it, the listing should say the name you use.
- List ground and whole spices you have in the jar now.
- A house blend uses your name, a weight, and a price.
- Do not list a spice you would have to source later.
A spice shop online is the jar, not a generic masala banner. Customers need the name you call across the counter and the weight you will pack.

What does a spice shop online row need?
A name, a weight, and a price. Whole spices and ground spices are different rows if you sell both.
- Ground chilli or turmeric: the pack weight you fill.
- A house blend: the name painted on your tin.
- Whole spices: only the jars that are actually in the shop.
Can a spice shop online sell a blend that is not a national brand?
Yes. List it under the name you use, with a weight. Do not describe a blend you have not ground.
Spice rows that match the jar
| Jar | Listing rule |
|---|---|
| Ground chilli | Weight you pack today |
| House blend | Your name, not a brand you do not sell |
| Whole spice | In the jar now, or not listed |
| Out of a spice | Hide the row until you grind or refill |
What the spice shop still handles
You set the service area and the hours. Each order is for one shop. Pickup or your own delivery is how the pack leaves, and the grind has to be done before you accept it.
Publish the spice shop online names you already use
Add each spice shop online blend you can weigh today. If the tin is empty, the row waits until you refill it.

FAQ
Questions? Look here.
Do I have to use a brand name?
No. The name you use at the counter is the right name, as long as the weight and price are clear.
Can I take an order for a blend I will grind tomorrow?
Only if you are sure you will grind it and the customer expects that timing. Otherwise list what is already packed.
Should whole and ground jeera be one row?
No. They are different products. Split them so the pack matches the order.
Who delivers the spice pack?
Your shop does, if you offer delivery. Pickup is the other choice. You decide the area you will cover.
